Tuesday afternoon Erik and I became the proud owners of a Nikon D40-X digital SLR camera. It was a big decision. Erik did a lot of research and since we both love taking photos, we wanted to get a camera that was nicer than just a point and shoot. We are still figuring out the all the features. It is also taking me a while to use the viewfinder again after taking so many digital photos through the LCD screen. Afterwards, we celebrated with a drink with Aaron and Caitlin on the UWS.
We were all off work the next day, so it was funny to have such a Friday feeling on a Tuesday.
